Hobbies

Hi there! My biggest hobby is meeting and welcoming students from all over the globe to University of Limerick, Ireland with the UL International Society! During the past three and a half years of volunteering with this student led society, I've organised events catering for 1000+ and led hundreds of students all over the island of Ireland to showcase the very best of my home to as many people as possible! I even received the Best Society Individual at the annual Clubs and Societies Awards Ball in March 2015. A close second in my hobbies is my love of travelling. As a direct result of above, I've been able to travel all over Europe and further afield (USA and Caribbean) to visit life-time friends who I have met during my own studies abroad (in beautiful Belgium!) and in Limerick. My current goal is to see all of Europe before exploring the rest of the world, and to this end I have visited 17 different countries in the past 17 months! Many more to follow! I consider myself a happy, approachable and empathetic people person. I love working with people of all ages, and really enjoy tutoring because it's an opportunity to give back after all the wonderful support that I've received over the completion of my own studies. Hope to hear from you soon!
